We only use joint-friendly exercises to avoid the inevitable issues caused by high-impact exercises. Our low-impact exercises both feel good and work great.
Part 3: Non-Competitive
Instead of competing with others, you'll focus only on the exercises that work best for you. Our clients don't compete. This makes it easier to stay focused and encouraged.
Part 4: Adults 50+ Only
Our studio works with the 50+ community living in the South Hills. Being in a positive community of like-minded people makes for a much more enjoyable experience.
